This can occur when trying to refresh your tokens or exchange the code for a new token when one of the parameters is incorrect (redirect_uri, refresh_token, code, etc).
- Check that you are using the correct refresh token. You should be using the latest (this could happen if you have recently created a new access token).
- Confirm that all the parameters are correct.
- If you have multiple developers logging into the bank in parallel, this will lead to multiple access and refresh tokens which will constantly invalidate each other.
