TrueLayer have implemented a workaround for TSB connections that should now have an extended consent of 90 days.
As of 6th of November 2019, TSB Open Banking connections have a lifetime of an hour. This is caused due to an issue on the bank's side where refresh tokens only last for 1 hour instead of the normal 90 days.
This has been raised in the Open Banking Service Desk with reference number OBSD-11508.
What to do next?
Users should re-authenticate in order to refresh data until the bank fixes the issue
