This error code is seen when an end-user enters the Barclays Access code in their online banking instead of on their mobile app journey.
Option 1: Use Mobile Banking App
You will see the following page when trying to connect your account.
- Open Mobile Banking App
- Select More -> Settings -> Third Party Permission -> Give Permission
- Enter the Access code on the page.
Option 2: Use Online Banking
If you only have Online Banking you can still connect your account but, you will have to use the Barclays Business journey. You'll have to select the Barclays Business connection on the bank selection page. You will then be redirected to Barclays Online Banking, follow the instructions as usual.
