End-users on the version 6.5.0 of the mobile apps for NatWest, RBS or Ulster Bank that try to consent on an app-to-app flow, will see the following error message:
This will be fixed once the RBS Group releases the new version of the App, at the end of March 2020.
What to do next?
- Update the mobile banking app to the latest version in the App Store; or
- Authenticate on a desktop flow (will need the user to uninstall the app)
