Please update your mobile banking app to the latest version in the App Store. This will fix the issue.
End-users who have updated to the latest version of the mobile apps for NatWest, RBS or Ulster Bank (version 6.5.0) that try to consent on an app-to-app flow, will see the following error message:
This will be fixed once the RBS Group releases the new version of the App, at the end of March 2020.
What to do next?
- Ask the end-user to authenticate on a desktop flow; or
- Ask the end-user to uninstall the app for the time being
