Still having problems?
- Check the details entered against the validation on each field. The below screenshot shows and example of the validation prompts under each text field.
- Check the credentials are correct by logging into the bank portal. (Have a look at our supported providers What banks are we currently integrated with? )
If you still cannot log in...
Log a Zendesk ticket, make sure include how your details differ from the validation that is currently on the Auth Dialog text fields.
