In Zendesk, our tickets system, you are able to see all the tickets raised by the same organisation. In order to do so, please follow the steps explained below:
1. First of all, you need to be logged in. Open our Help Centre and click on the "Sign In" button on the top right corner
2. Once you have connected to your email (or the shared email amongst your team), you will see a new option on the top right corner: "Ticket dashboard"
3. Click on "Ticket dashboard" and see all the tickets you have sent to TrueLayer and the different status
